The Professional Culinary Institute has revolutionized culinary and wine education. The institute incorporates state-of-the art cooking equipment and two stage, training kitches, in this industrial facility for this International Culinary center. Other features include wok ranges and additional, separate kitchens with special equipment for baking. Students can also purchase ingredients from the on-site market for their culinary expressions, working at the on-site banquet facility to deliver meals to customers as practical training. The dining room serves lunch daily for free on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
